Her existing toilet was an in-wall cistern system, which, while sleek and modern in appearance, had become difficult to service and maintain over time. To solve this, Jude decided to convert her in-wall cistern to a standard back-to-wall toilet suite, offering much simpler access for future maintenance while still keeping a clean and contemporary look.

Our team handled the full disconnection, removal, and disposal of the old system, preparing the area for the new installation. Once Jude’s chosen toilet suite was supplied, we installed and tested the new setup to ensure functionality, water efficiency, and compliance with Victorian plumbing standards.
